Providing exciting, experiential and applicable experiences
Launch to Life provides individuals ages 16–24 and former foster youth through age 26 with pathways to stability, economic mobility, and long-term independence through workforce development, financial empowerment, apprenticeships, and housing stability support.
The program is built from five modules that carry participants from intake through graduation and beyond.

Bridge to Stability is the entry point into Launch to Life; a structured intake and goal-setting process that assesses each participant's needs and builds the foundation for everything that follows.

Career Exploration, Professional Development & Personal Branding
Career Catalyst prepares participants for career success through career exploration and professional development including building a personal brand with a polished resume and a professional LinkedIn profile.
Financial Literacy & Capability

Financial Futures Lab equips participants with the financial knowledge and confidence needed to make informed decisions, build credit, and create long-term financial stability.

Real-World Systems & Life Skills
Life Navigation prepares participants to confidently handle the systems adult life runs on from navigating healthcare to managing bills, professional engagement, and completing key applications like housing and beyond.

Employer Connections, Secondary Education Support, Credentials & Post-Graduation Support
Apprenticeship Pathways runs throughout the 8-week program and continues for 90 days after graduation connecting participants to employer partners, registered apprenticeships, and credential programs, then staying with them through interview prep and coaching support after they walk the stage.
