We didn't build Eclectic Education because it was easy. We built it because too many people were falling through the cracks of systems that weren't designed for them.

OUR STORY

Eclectic Education was founded on one belief: that every person, regardless of where they started, deserves access to the tools and opportunities needed to build a stable, prosperous life.

Our founder brings years of experience in workforce development and education and launched Eclectic Education to fill the gaps that too many programs leave behind. We don't just deliver services. We build pathways.

Education should open doors - not keep them closed.

It's a right.

Launch to Life serves individuals ages 16–24, with an extended track to age 26 for former foster youth, who are working toward economic self-sufficiency.

People First

Every decision starts with what's best for the individuals we serve, not what's easiest for us.

Accountability

We measure what we do. Outcomes matter. We report honestly to our funders, partners, and community.

Possibility

We refuse to put ceilings on what our participants can achieve. Our job is to remove the floor.
